As the threat from COVID 19 persists Mico Lighting would like to assure all customers and business partners that we are following all the guidance and advice issued by the UK Government and Public Health England.
We have a robust business continuity plan in place. Where possible staff are working from home and there will be fewer staff working in Mico head office. The virus outbreak and corresponding closures, slowdown and travel bans are beyond our control. We therefore have no option but to treat it as a Force Majeure event.
We welcome and are able to process customer orders placed by telephone, email and online. At the current time our Trade Counter remains closed.
