DELIVERY CHARGES

Please note that all prices shown on this web site exclude delivery charges.
Standard Carriage Charge - Up to 3 Days delivery ​£6.50 + Vat @ current rate.
Overnight Carriage Charge - Next Day delivery ​£12.00 + Vat @ current rate.

EXPORT ORDERS

Mico Lighting are happy to provide an export service - to discuss your requirements please contact the Mico Lighting sales desk on 0113 2567117.

DELIVERY

Orders received by 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched from that day for delivery within 72 hours, subject to stock availability. If you require an order to be delivered urgently, please make sure that the appropriate service is chosen.

If delivery is delayed, we will do our utmost to inform you as soon as possible. We are happy to give you the option of purchasing alternative items or receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made. If we are unable to deliver within 28 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments made.

Delivery charges quoted are for UK mainland destinations only using our standard delivery methods. For deliveries over 1.5kg to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, off-shore destinations and express services, please contact our sales office for a quotation.

Please note that orders are delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE A DELIVERY ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 9.00 AND 17.00 MONDAY TO FRIDAY TO ACCEPT DELIVERY. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

As the threat from COVID 19 persists Mico Lighting would like to assure all customers and business partners that we are following all the guidance and advice issued by the UK Government and Public Health England.

We have a robust business continuity plan in place. Where possible staff are working from home and there will be fewer staff working in Mico head office. This may mean that there are some logistical issues and we ask for your understanding at this time. We are working to normal office hours and can be contacted via email or telephone as detailed below.

The virus outbreak and corresponding closures, slowdown and travel bans are beyond our control. We therefore have no option but to treat it as a Force Majeure event.

We welcome and are able to process customer orders placed by telephone, email and online. At the current time our Trade Counter remains closed. We would like offer our ongoing support to all the Care Homes and Front Line businesses should you feel we can be of assistance then please do not hesitate to contact us on the listed numbers.
